Jans family:So sorry to hear of Jan's passing!! So wanted to see here 2yrs ago at Wgtn 40 yr class reunion but that didn't work out for her. Have such fond memories of the house in Wgtn--going to the cabin in Windom and coming to visit the summer after 8th grade in Wisconsin!! We would eat toast and homemade jelly after school every day--grade school at West Elementary!! Wish I could have kept in contact with Jan--the years and miles apart made that difficult--however!! So just wanted to express my deepest sympothy to you all and know that I'm thinking of you all during this trying time!! Love, Judy

Marge, sorry to hear of your loss. Thoughts and prayers be with you.
Jan and I used to play for hours at each others house during during grade school years. I remember not being too happy you were moving to Wisc. Good times were had at the cabin by Windom with many families and kids playing, swimming, sleeping and eating together. Remember the good times. Keep them close to heart.

Bill and Family,
I spotted the obituary of Jan in the Worthington Daily Globe and thought what a beautiful lady with a bright smile. She had so much life ahead of her and sounds as if cancer was the ultimate battle. I just wanted you to know that cancer cannot rob you of those precious memories of her. My husband of 34 yrs. fought and lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in July.
Just know that it's not time that heals the pain of losing someone you so dearly loved, but it's what you do with that time that heals the pain. I hope you and your family have embraced the strength and courage to live life to the fullest in Jan's memory. My sincere sympathy to you Bill. Patti
