Paul S Gerich,

MIDDLETON-Paul S. Gerich,age 76, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at the HospiceCare, Inc., Fitchburg. He was born on May 4, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois, the sonof John and Catherine (Rill) Gerich. Paul was a veteran of the United States Army having proudly served his country during the Korean Conflict. He was united in marriage to the love of his life Patti Francois on October 27, 1993 in Elko, Nevada. In addition to his wife Patti, Paul is survived by his children, Steve (Linda) Gerich, Donna (Kevin) Hiner, Scott (Liz) Gerich, Ann (Josh) Crow, Mike (Renae) Quale, Kelli (Chris) Langfeldt; 15 grandchildren; a brother, John Gerich; two sisters, Barbara Smith and Catherine (Bob) Butow and his loyal companion, Diamond. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., Middleton, at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 16, 2011, with Chaplain Bob Groth presiding. Military rites will be conducted. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
