LeRoy Lance Phillips,

I worked with Leroy at Fish Building Supply in the late 70's. While I was only in high school at the time Leroy was one I looked up to and respected. He was a warm and friendly man. He was a positive person who was always kind spoken and a never spoke badly of anyone. He was liked by all was the epitome of a “good person.” While it has been many years since I last saw Leroy he left a favorable impression upon that I would not forget. He will be dearly missed.
