Nevin V. Leverington

MADISON- Nevin V. Leverington, age 42, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at home. He was born on Dec. 11, 1968 in Rockford, Ill., the son of Gary Leverington and Mary Altizer. Nevin had a passion for life and music. He was a light to the world and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Nevin is survived by his parents, Gary (Kathleen) Leverington and Mary (Dennis) Altizer; brother, Jason Leverington; three step brothers, Timothy, Dennis and Corey; grandmother, Helen Hubb; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Shelly Green. . Memorial services will be held at VFW POST 7591, 301 Cottage Grove Rd, Madison, at 1 p.m., on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, with the Rev. U. Dean Hekel presiding.
