Obituary
OREGON/ARGYLE-Timothy J. Hill, age 46, of Oregon passed away on Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010, at UW Hospital, after a strong courageous fight with cancer. He was born on Sept. 14, 1964, in Dodgeville, the son of Robert and Lucille (Lawrence). God had a perfect plan for Tims life. God gave Tim the desire of his heart to be married to a godly, faithful woman, Patricia Klein. They were two lives united in friendship, two friends united in love, and on Oct. 10, 2009, they became One love united in Christ. Tim graduated from Dodgeville high school in 1983. After he graduated high school, he worked for Culligan Soft Water for several years. Tim later graduated from Edgewood College with a paralegal degree. He was employed by Krekeler Strother, S.C. law office as a paralegal. Tim was a member of the family band, Bobby Dean and the Drifters. He enjoyed reading and learning about history. He enjoyed exercising and loved the outdoors. Tim served on the Argyle Village Board and the Adams Lutheran Church council. Tim was also the treasurer for the Republican Party in LaFayette county. Tim was also a member of Hillcrest Grow Group Bible studies. He is survived by his wife, Patty; mother, Lucille (Phil Smith); sister, Kathy (Dan Erner); brother, Gary; nieces, Heather (Kurt) Hendrickson, Robin (Tim) Harris, Stacy (Charlie) Tregembo; nephew, Robert J. Hill; two great-nieces; 4 great-nephews; cousins; and many special friends. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hill; great nephew, Kyle; and maternal and paternal grandparents. A Celebration of Life will be held at HILLCREST BIBLE CHURCH, 752 East Netherwood Street, Oregon at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, with Pastor Eric Vander Ploeg presiding. Burial will be held at Argyle Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held at the church from 4 p.m. until the time of service on Thursday. The family would like to thank the UW Hospital physicians and staff for their loving support and compassionate care.

Patti and Tim's other family members;
I am so sorry for your loss. Tim was a great person to work with. He was the rock that many of us relied upon here. He was wonderfully witty, smart as a whip, wise beyond his years and a great listener. Tim was principled and practiced what he preached. His unselfishness even during his courageous battle with his illness was such an inspiration. He will continue to be in my heart and prayers. My condolences to you. I share your sorrow.

Thoughts and prayers for the whole Hill family from all of us Reeson's! Tim was far too young but I hope you can find peace knowing he is no longer in pain. Maybe he and my brother DJ can play great music together now :)
