Robert Lee Martin

STOUGHTON - Robert "Bob" Martin, age 64, died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010. He was born on June 26, 1946, in Stoughton, the son of Donald and Thelma (Julseth) Martin. Bob graduated from Stoughton High School in 1964 and married Susie (Johnson) Martin on September 10, 1966. He retired from the sheet metal trade in 2007. He was a classic car enthusiast and a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Susie; two daughters, Sherri (Greg) Hellenbrand and Bobbi (Ken) Yager; four grandchildren, Jake, Chandler, Zack and Carter; brothers, Lynn and Gene Martin; uncle, Edwin Julseth; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Thelma Martin. Memorial services will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Hwy. 51, Stoughton, at 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 27, 2010. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service on Monday.
