He also enjoyed woodcarving, hunting and playing cards. Walt was a member of Capital Area Carvers of Wisconsin, and he also shot league archery. Walt loved going to his cabin, which he built over many years. He and Lillian spent 23 years wintering in Branson, going for three months at a time. Walt had a great willingness to help, at his church, in his neighborhood, and with friends and family. He was known for his great sense of humor and a great smile. Very sad to bid farewell to Walt. I have many fond memories of time spent with the Ulrich family when growing up, both at their home and at their cabin. Also, at St. Marks.... He was always a happy man with a shy smile !! Heartfelt sympathy to Lillian, Tom and Jerry and families. God Bless.
