Dear Family,
My condolences and sympathies on the loss of Mary Lou, your mother and friend. She was a classmate of mine at St. Francis Seminary and was always a creative, cheerful and refreshing voice in one of the first classes to combine so much lay talent for the future of the church as well as talent preparing for holy orders...I was saddened to hear that she had had altzheimer's as I know to many fine souls whose great minds and hearts are silenced too soon by this atrocious ailment...may Mary Lou have peace and may the peace of Christ Jesus Whose Advent we await be in your hearts, especially over these first holidays without her presence in your families. Fr. Rick Stoffel, '79
