Ann Genevieve Hallen

Middleton-Ann G. Hallen, age 92, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010. She was born on Feb. 5, 1918, in Jackson, MN. Ann married Sherman Hallen on April 14, 1938, in Iowa and he preceded her in death in 1986. She worked as an assistant cook at Sauk Trail Elementary School. Ann is survived by her children: Jim (Rene) Hallen and Pat (Marty) Olson; 5 grandchildren: Beth (Chris) Smith, Matt (Jackie Strate) Olson, Larry (Maria) Olson, Erin (Bob) Patten and Jamie Hallen; 7 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Brian Hallen, Mark Olson and 9 siblings.Funeral services will be held at ST. LUKE'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7337 Hubbard Ave., Middleton, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 15, 2010, with Rev. Heather Lampert presiding. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
