Obituary
MADISON- Diana J. Spink, age 67, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly due to complications from diabetes on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010, at St. Marys Hospital. She was born on June 24, 1943, in Marshfield, the daughter of Frank and Florence (Lain)Klimowski. Diana married Bernard Spink on Feb. 17, 1962. She retired in January, from the University of Wisconsin, where she was an accountant for 30 years. Diana enjoyed spending time with family, especially her great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Donna (Tim) Stephens of Texas and Julie Anderson of Madison; grandchildren, Alyssa, Brittany, Cody, and Dustin; great-grandchildren, Aaliyah and Brianna, all of Madison; her former husband, Bernard Spink of Rio,Teala and Tanya Wills, and Kenianna Smith.Diana was preceded in death by her parents; and her good friend, Norman Garske. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, with Pastor Jerry Amstutz presiding. Burial will be held at GreenwoodCemetery in Auburndaleat 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, and also at 10 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday.
Cemetery:
Burial will be held atGreenwood Cemetery in Auburndale at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010.
Visitation:
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, and also at 10 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday.
