Stenjem, Kyle A.STOUGHTON - Kyle A. Stenjem, age 17, of Stoughton, passed away on Monday, Oct. 18, 2010, in Stoughton after a courageous lifetime battle with heart disease. He was born on May 12, 1993, in Madison, the son of Keith Stenjem and Christine (Liskey) Stenjem. Kyle had many interests, which included fishing, racing, music, the outdoors, Packers and Xbox Live. He loved his dog Missy, who was his best friend. Kyle is survived by his mother, Christine Stenjem; father, Keith Stenjem; sister, Jessica; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Arlene Liskey; and paternal grandfather, Raymond Stenjem, all of Stoughton; great-grandmother, Florence Wiese-Davidson of DeForest; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Marilynn Stenjem. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL HOME, 1358 Highway 51., Stoughton, at 1 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 25, 2010. Visitation will be at the funeral home, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2010, and from noon until the time of the service on Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. The family would like to thank the Stoughton Police Department, Stoughton EMS and Stoughton Hospital for their tremendous efforts to save Kyle. A special thank you also to friends, family and co-workers for all of their prayers and support during this difficult time.
