Dennis K. Ransome

MADISON-Dennis K. Ransome, beloved father, grandfather, brother-in-law, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend passed away on Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at his home. Dennis was a sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Military Police, during the Vietnam conflict. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the Packers. Dennis will be remembered for his gentle soul and unconditional love of family and friends. He is survived by his daughter, Shirley of Georgia; granddaughter, Kerri of Madison; his faithful companion, Maggie May; sister-in-law, Aunt Jean (Kenneth) of Ohio; many nieces and nephews; many cousins; dear friends, Lois and Roxanne, and their families; and great friends from Rayovac. Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte; and mother, Anna. A private celebration of life will be held at the grave site.
