Oscar and Vern grew up together. As I have always said, "he is the brother I never had."I am a year younger. Oscar and Elizabeth raised three great kids and this family has loved each other all their lives.Oscar leaves a host of friends who will miss him, which is certainly true of Vern and Nancy Lee.
