Obituary

MIDDLETON-Priscilla C. Reisdorf, just after celebrating her special 95th birthday with all her family, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at the HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg. She was born on April 26, 1915, in Pine Bluff, the daughter of John and Emelia (Conrad) Kalscheur. Priscilla worked as a administrative assistant for Mid Plains Telephone Company , retiring in 1980 after 23 years of service. She was united in marriage to Henry "Hank" Reisdorf on June 26, 1935. He preceded her in death in 1983. She was always interested in her great-grandchildrens activities and was an avid sports fan especially enjoying the Badgers, Packers and Brewers. She looked forward to her Wednesday Senior Center card group, but truly treasured most her Saturday morning breakfast with her family. Priscilla was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, its Living Rosary and was a Red Cross volunteer. Priscilla is survived by a son, Robert (Arlene) Reisdorf and a daughter, Ruth Reisdorf, all of Middleton; seven grandsons; Randy (Amy) Reisdorf, Rick (Shawn) Reisdorf, Ron Reisdorf, Chris (Jennie) Mell, Ted (Sally) Mell, Mike Mell, Scott (Cherie) Reisdorf; one granddaughter, Nicole (Mike) Lisle and ten great-grandchildren, Justin, Melissa, Cade, Taylor, Derek, Isaac, Alainnah, Ted "Fields", Andrew and Brooke, and many nieces nephews and friends. In addition to her husband, Henry Reisdorf, she was preceded in death by her parents, a son Ralph Reisdorf and three, sisters, Mamie Hellenbrand, Marcella Wipperfurth, and Emma Mason. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. BERNARD'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7450 University Ave, Middleton at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 12, 2010 with Monsignor Joseph P. Higgins presiding. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 9:30 AM until the time of the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Middleton Outreach Ministry or to HospiceCare, Inc. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Nemovitz, his nurse, Roy and to the staff of HospiceCare, Inc. for their loving care.
