Obituary

MIDDLETON-Terri Lynn Garske, age 57, of Middleton, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at HospiceCare in Fitchburg, after a brief battle with cancer. Terri was born to Frederic and Anna Marie (Drake) Chadwick, on Nov. 4, 1952, in Madison. The family moved to Middleton in 1960, and it was there she graduated in 1970. She was united in marriage to Jerry Garske on May 19, 1973, at St. Lukes Lutheran Church in Middleton. She worked for the Department of Revenue for 25 years and a variety of jobs once she left there. Terri enjoyed garage sales, scrapbooks, and especially spending time with her children, grandchildren and grand-puppies. Terri is survived by her daughters, Heather (Guy) Sullivan and Lyndsay Garske; granddaughter, Jade LeBeau; grandson, Jordan McGahee; father, Frederic Chadwick Sr.; sisters, Katherine Speth and Kim (Donald) Ossmann; brothers, Frederic (Cindy) Chadwick Jr. and Steven Chadwick; and aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and great-nephew. She was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Marie Chadwick; and nephew, Coty Ossmann. Memorial services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2010. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon until the time of service on Saturday. The family would like to thank HospiceCare, Community Services Clinic and UW Hospitals & Clinics for their kind and generous support and care.
