I will always remember when Bill would walk through the WPS lunch rooms and try to say hello to everyone. He took a genuine interest in how things were going, not only within WPS, but also in our personal lives. He always checked to see how I was doing when I was pregnant with my daughter, and that is a rare thing to find with people in his position. God Bless your family!

Words cannot begin to express my sadness in Bill's passing. He meant so much to me. I always referred to Bill as my "Madison Dad" as he often worried about me traveling to and from Madison for meetings in bad weather. Often asking me if I have a full tank of gas or if I checked my tires before leaving for home. Bill always treated everyone he met with such kindness. He touched us all and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
