Uncle Ray was such a wonderful gentle soul. I loved him so much. He had a very dry wit, which was a trait that all of his brother's also had. He was a kind person with a beautiful smile. Ray was extremely devoted to his family. He drove over 40 hours round trip with Sharon when my mother died, to be with our family at our time of need. Our family is grateful to him for the countless hours he spent documenting our family history. Much of our history would have been lost had it not been for Ray. My sympathy to Sharon and all of his children and grandchildren. It is such a tremendous loss. My dad is profoundly sad because of the loss of his last two brothers. Love, Judith Ann
