Heath, Daniel W.
FT. MYERS, FLA./MADISON-Daniel W. Heath, age 48 of Ft. Myers, Fla., formerly of Madison, died on Thursday, June 3, 2010, in Fort Myers. He was born on May 27, 1962, in Madison. Dan graduated from Memorial High School in 1980 and then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 1986. He enjoyed athletics, playing hockey in both high school and college. Dan is survived by his parents, Charles of Rio and Audrey of Ft. Myers, Fla.; brother, Chuck Heath of Park City, Utah; nephew, Ryan Heath; niece, Karli Heath; and aunt, Charlene Roloff. A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 MONONA DRIVE, Madison, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2010.

Danny was the youngest of us cousins and the quietest. He was always a gentle and sweet person. When our grandma died, he was so kind to me, as he truly knew how sad I was. He deserved so much more of life.
