Obituary
STOUGHTON- Roberta L. Edgington, age 72, of Stoughton passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, April 10, 2010. She was born on March 16, 1938, in Madison, the daughter of Synder and Sally Uphoff. Roberta married Lyle Robert Edgington on June 7, 1956 in Mazomanie. She was a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church in Evansville and currently a member of St. Anns Catholic Church in Stoughton. Roberta worked for 18 years at Parker Pen Company before retiring in 1981. She loved her grandchildren and was an avid bowler. Roberta is survived by her former husband, Lyle Robert Edgington of Evansville; three children, Robert (Kim) Edgington of Burlington, Kelli Malicki of Janesville, and Tracy Klossner of Evansville; 9 grandchildren, Jesse, Sarah, Megan, Catherine Edgington, David (Carrie), Jon, Matt Malicki, Leif and Nicholas Klossner; 2 great-grandchildren, Carter and Dawson Malicki; sister, Ramona Hesselberg of DeForest; sister-in-law, Evelyn Uphoff of Monona Grove; sister, Sally (Dennis) Radecke of Stoughton; brother, Synder Uphoff of Denver, Co.; and sister, Louise Jencen of Pewaukee. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Nancy Jo; parents; brother, Warren Uphoff; and brother-in-law, Harland Hesselberg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at ST. ANNS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 323 N. Van Buren St., Stoughton, with Monsignor Gerald Healy presiding. Visitation will be held from 9:30 until the time of service on Thursday at the church.

Edgington Family- I worked with Roberta at Parker Pen. Even though I have not had contact with Parker people in many years, Roberta remains in my memories. She was a fun lady to have as a co-worker and friend.
