Landphier, Tyler JamesMADISON-Our Angel, Tyler James Landphier, age 8, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 22, 2010, from surgical complications. He was born on March 31, 2001, in Madison, the son of Jason Landphier and Tricia Davis. From the beginning, Tyler was a fighter and overcame many obstacles. His positive attitude and contagious personality, specifically his laughter and his huge smile, inspired and touched everyone who came into contact with him. Tyler enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandparents, friends and classmates. He attended Schenk Elementary School. Tyler is survived by his mother, Tricia Davis; his father, Jason Landphier; maternal grandparents, Jim (Barb) Davis and Laura Davis; paternal grandparents, Dave (Linda) Landphier; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.He was preceded in death by his great-great grandparents; paternal great-grandparents, Julie Hollis and William and Virginia Landphier; and maternal great-grandfathers, Robert Davis and Elmer Christian.Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, with Father Kent Schmitt presiding. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010. A special thanks to the doctors and staff at UW Hospital, St. Marys Hospital, Dean Clinics and Central Wisconsin Center for all of their care and support. Tyler, you will always be our little angel. We will miss you always and you will forever be in our hearts.Love, Mommy and Daddy.
Cemetery:
Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens.
Visitation:
Visitation will be at the funeral home, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010.
Service:
Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, with Father Kent Schmitt presiding.
