Carol Brugger

PhotoBrugger, Carol Ann MADISON-Carol Ann Brugger, age 74, of Madison, passed away peacefully, early on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, at home. She was born on Sept. 20, 1935, the daughter of Bert and Agnes (Splinter) Wedig. Carol graduated from Belmont High School and Madison Area Technical College as a licensed practical nurse. She worked and cared deeply for the residents at Wisconsin Central Center until retiring. Carol enjoyed gardening, drawing, and antiques. She is survived by her three children, Christopher Brugger, Diane (David) Hernandez, and Jenny Brugger; grandchildren, Christopher (Jasmine) and Savanna Brugger, Brittany Suchomel, and Brittney and Devin Hernandez;great-grandson, Da-monti; siblings, Rita (John) Kloser, Brother Robert Wedig, Howard (Kay) Wedig, and Grace (Keith) Richardson; and many nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, Bradley. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, with the Rev. Andrew Cone presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.Carol was loved by many. Cemetery: Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
