Obituary
OREGON - Jeffrey A. Stone, age 56, of Oregon, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at his cabin in Tomahawk.
Jeff was born on December 30,1962, in Madison, to Carol Cunningham Stone. He was employed by John Deere since he was 16 years old and was currently a salesman at Sloan Implement. Jeff was a John Deere Toy collector. He enjoyed golfing, snowmobiling, and spending time at his cabin in Tomahawk.
Survivors include his son, Justin (Kayla) Stone of Dane, Wis; and siblings, Christine Jones of Oregon, Michael Stone of Brooklyn, Laura (Michael Consalvo) Stone of Janesville and John Stone and Randy Stone both of Brooklyn. Jeff is further survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his mom, Carol; a brother, David; and a sister, Susan.
A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019, from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at GUNDERSON OREGON FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 1150 Park St., Oregon,.

Jeff was such an incredible, friendly guy! He definitely knew his farm equipment and we enjoyed working with him because he was so wonderful to work with. It didn't matter if we were talking farming or snowmobiling, it was always a good time and full of laughs. He'll always be remembered!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff for 15 years as a manager with John Deere. Jeff was a great representative for John Deere who built long lasting relationships taking care of numerous customers. I did enjoy seeing Jeff away from work as well in the north woods of Wisconsin while snowmobiling. We will all miss you Jeff!
