MADISON-Crystal Mae (Smith) Lewis passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2010. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. Crystal enjoyed her times working at the Monona Senior Center and playing euchre. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Thomas Joseph Lewis; six children, son, Michael (Gloria) Lewis and their three children, Christopher, Staycee and Jayson, son, Thomas Joseph Lewis Jr., daughter, Sandra (Jerry) Stanford and their three children, Dawn, Liberty and Desiree, son, John Lewis, son, Gregory Lewis and his daughter, Crystal, and son, Jerry Lewis; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, Monona, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2010, with the Rev. Ed White presiding. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2010.
