Funeral Services

There are many funeral options available. Our 80 years of experience serving the diverse needs of families in Dane County makes us a valuable resource for creating a service that will meet your religious, personal, cultural and financial needs and expectations. We are happy to give you our recommendations based upon your needs.

Services may be conducted in our chapel, at your church or at the graveside. Community and fellowship rooms available for those who wish to include food and refreshments before, during, or after gatherings, visitations or services.

Our Traditional Full Service Funeral includes the services of a dedicated funeral director and his or her staff including:

Initial requests for service,
Arrangement conference with family or representative,
Coordination with cemetery, crematory or other facilities involved in the final resting home of the decedent,
Preparation and filing of legal papers and community notices,
Sheltering of remains (in compliance with government mandated regulations by FTD, ADA, OSHA and Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing,)
Care and preparation of the body,
Transfer of body to funeral home from place of death,
Hearse (casket coach) for funeral service from place of service to final resting place,
Formal funeral procession with traffic escort car,
Use of funeral home, equipment and staff for funeral ceremony, memorial service, viewing, or visitation.

(This package does not include a casket, burial vault, newspaper notices or clergy honoraria, as those are discretionary considerations.)
